if I don’t have the skills necessary to be a volunteer?
There is a huge range of volunteer services
that employ all types of people. Many volunteer opportunities
include training in skills needed for the job. Some opportunities
do not require any special skills, only determination
and heart are required of volunteers. If training
is necessary, it is listed with the volunteer opportunity.

if there is more than one volunteer opportunity that I
would like to be involved in?
You can become involved in as many or
as few volunteer opportunities as you would like. Just
make sure that they do not interfere with one another
and you are able to make a dedicated commitment to those
you choose.

All of the volunteer opportunities that

it necessary to provide our own transportation to and
from events?
Most volunteer organizations do not
provide transportation to and from their volunteer programs
and events. However, some organizations may be able to
provide you with this service. Please check the organization
websites or call their number to find out more.
