How many years have you been volunteering at CEP?I started volunteering with CEP about a year or two after moving to LaGrange. I've lived in LaGrange for 13 years now and still in som capacity volunteer witht this awesome organization.
What have you volunteered for at CEP? Being a chaperone and/or and adult leader at the Y Parties, Main Events, Junior High Leadership Conferences (JHLP)and High School Leadership Conferences (HSLP), and collecting and distributing back to school suppplies are some of the events or things CEP has given me the opportunity to do.

 What’s your favorite Conference activity? The Wronge Side of the Tracks an the Ha Ha Game!

 What do you believe is the most important quality in a human being? A sense of self-worth that leads to honesty and compassion toward others is an important quality in a human being.

What is the accomplishment you are most proud of and why? My family is the accomplishment I am most proud of. I raised four wonderful people who have a strong positive impact on the lives of all the people they meet or come in contact with. I also have a wonderful, handsome husband.

What is your favorite color? Pastels are my facorite because happy colors reflect how I feel about life.

Who inspires you most? My mom inspires me the most. At the age of 80, she is still vibrant and has a loving, caring, and sharing spirit.

What is your favorite book?Natural Cure's They Don't Want You to Know about by Kevin Trudeau is my favorite book because it confirms for me a lot of things I've always believed in.

Chips-n-dip or just chips? Just chips, preferably Honey Bar-b-que!

What type of music do you like? Gospel the most, but I also enjoy music of love and inspiration and a little jazz.

If you could have one superhuman power, what would it be? To move faster and get more accopmplished in a day!

What is your favorite hobby? Traveling is my favorite hobby. I love road trips with my family. I collect a nice bag from every state or country I go to and hange it on my bedroom walls. I've nearly run out of wall space. There's a big world and I plan to see most of it!

What’s your favorite hobby? Softball
What do you believe is the most important quality in a human being? Generosity (Leads to kindness)

What is the accomplishment you are most proud of and why? Taking advice from adults & peers smarter than me and putting it to good use.

What is your favorite color? Forest Green

Who inspires you most? Dad until he died; people I volunteer with now

What is your favorite book? The Complete Works of Shakespeare

Chips-n-dip or just chips? Chips-n-dip-the more the merrier!

What type of music do you like? Wide variety-Rockapella, heavy metal, little rock, talk radio...

If you could have one superhuman power, what would it be? Plastic Man! Being induscructible is bad for the mind, being invisible is bad for the heart, but being flexible is called for in all circumstances.

How many years have you been volunteering at CEP? 8 Years!
What have you volunteered for at CEP? Tutoring, Annual Dinner Dance/Auction, Face Painting, Pet Parade, Haunted Manor & other special events!
What is your favorite hobby? Gardening & photography.
What do you believe is the most important quality in a human being? Caring for each other.
What is the accomplishment you are most proud of and why? Being the best mother I can to Molly because our children are our future. 
What is your favorite color? Lime green.
What person inspired you the most? Eleanor Roosevelt. 
What is your favorite book? A book of poetry called Leaves of Grass by Walt Whitman.

What type of music do you like? New Age (Enya, James Taylor).
If you could have one superhuman power, what would it be? To make ALL religions understand or tolerant of each other.

How many years have you been volunteering at CEP? Four

What have you volunteered for at CEP? Tutoring different grade school children.

What’s your favorite hobby? Sports. Enjoys watching baseball and playing softball. (White Sox fan)

What do you believe is the most important quality in a human being? Compassion and patience

What is the accomplishment you are most proud of and why? Being the aunt of 14 nieces and nephews. Time with them is very important.

What is your favorite color? Orange

Who inspires you most? Mother and Husband

What is your favorite book? Not one favorite book, likes reading the newspaper though. Current events.

Chips-n-dip or just chips? Definitely Chips-n-dip.

What type of music do you like? Random variety. Enjoys the station 97.9- classic rock.

If you could have one superhuman power, what would it be? Flying.

Would not be volunteering without the help of Beth Saphir or Judy Carlson. She enjoys helping alongside Judy and Beth.

 What is the accomplishment you are most proud of and why? In compassion to other people and willingness to help others

 What is your favorite color? Dark blue

What is your favorite book? Still I Rise written by Maya Angelou

What is your favorite thing about the Tutoring program? Watching them learn and interact (good interaction and learning progress). What do you believe is the most important quality in a human being? Integrity.
What is the accomplishment you are most proud of and why?  Life and the living process.
What is your favorite color? Red.
What teacher inspired you the most?  Professor Vascalascos, microbiology- because of her ability to communicate the knowledge that she had. She had a great enthusiasm for learning!
What is your favorite book? Poetry.

What have you volunteered for at CEP? JHLP, HSLP, Reunite Nights, Fabricate items for tutoring events, Haunted Manor, YAB, Y Parties, dances, Bowling outings, 5k Runs, Dinners, Spring Cleanups, Carwash, and CEP Super Stars!
What is your favorite icebreaker? “Singing in the Rain”.
What do you believe is the most important quality in a human being? Empathy.
What is the accomplishment you are most proud of and why? Raising a Family, because it’s the most difficult, but most satisfying thing I have done.
